[Q] Broken screen, no USB debugging, passworded

My friend broke their S4 screen. It is protected by a password and they do not have USB debugging enabled. They did not configure their samsung account. It is not rooted, and I'm not sure which Android update is on there.
Is there any way to access the internal storage to salvage their photos? I have the lockscreen password...
