My upper volume button is stuck or just isn't working and now my phone is stuck in safe mode. I've been trying to get out of safemode without succes. Is there a way to get past the security and just reach the normal mode?

You might have to buy a new back cover...

Unfortunately, it's stuck inside the phone and not inside the case.

I think your problem is bigger. Even if you get out of safe mode you won't be able to use the phone, because the stuck volume button will continue to make a mess
