[Q] browsers loading to blank screen

So with both chrome and the stock internet browser sometimes I go to a webpage and it loads to a blank screen. Have to close the browser and reload it. This started happening recently and I first though it was chrome so I loaded the stock browser and same issue.

I have a similar issue with firefox, just changing the orientation(tilting the phone) fixes it for me.
