I'm using Xposed and Wanam among other things and have somehow turned on Camera LED Notifications for SMS and Calls. Does anyone know how I did this and how I can turn it off?

Nothing to do with wanam or any other 3rd party app. Go to your phones accessibility section and turn off "Flash notification".
