[Q] camera problem: pictures not clear!

use the htc sensation camera to take picture, I find it very bad, especially use to take the news paper pictures. on one picture somewhere clear somewhere dim, the dim field is bigger. when I take pictures the light is enough.
look the picture,
please help!
