[Q] Camera Purple Haze Fix

Hey Guys -

As it seems many know, there has been an issue with the HTC One (M7) where pictures taken with the camera (and shown on screen while taking) show a purple haze in lower light photos. I read about this being a wide-spread issue a while back, but kept forgetting to look into it.

I have an HTC One (M7) on AT&T and have this issue. My question is, is there any type of software / flashable fix to resolve / correct / improve this issue or is it purely hardware related?

Yes, it is known issue. You can send it back to HTC for a camera replacement. If it is still under warranty it will be covered for free. You can check in the HTC One General Forum thread on the issue.
