[Q] Camera shutter problem?

Recently ive been noticing that when i open the camera app i can barely see anything on the screen unless im pretty much pointing it at a light source! For instance in my lounge right now with the curtains open, its 3pm so still light and i can barely see the room on the screen. Its almost like the camera isnt opening the shutter enough to let enough light in.

Ive also got camera fx app installed and that has the exact same problem so im pretty sure its hardware related rather than software.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any solutions for it? Or is my camera duff and needs to be sent off for repair?

Sorry im on Virtuous Quattro Alpha2, but im pretty sure i had a similiar thing when i was on Inquisition as well.

Always do super wipe using mikes script. Im super cid, and on 1.23 HBOOT. radio, 11.65.3504.00P_11.19.3504.29_2. Included kernel with Quattro.

Ok I used the amaze on gb Roms.. you're using ics based roms.. maybe this may be the culprit? I could be wrong but I could be right.

Ok i just updated to Quattro alpha3 and its fixed! Guess it was software related after all!! Thanks for all the help though
