I'd like to know if a nand backup made under Android 4.2.2, Build # MI1, & SafeStrap 3.65 will be restorable to an NC5 rom slot.
I usually backup System & Data for all nands I make, but before upgrading, I figure that I'd make a nand backup of Data alone, so I could restore that if needed (I've seen that restoring only Data from a nand made for System & Data doesn't work).
I'm looking to get updated to NC5 & that would require a newer SafeStrap & I don't want to lose my 3d party apps, their settings, & data & to run the custom rom (HyperDrive 10.2) I have now, just to see how things work under NC5 - I'd be able to compare functionality & response times, etc.
From what I've heard, on NC5 &/or the newer SafeStrap will only support one ROM slot (don't know if that means only Stock & one ROM on slot 1, or if it means one slot, Stock or Custom).
Any help, & pointers about how these issues affect each other will be much appreciated...
