I next week i will be coming close to the 30 days Mark. My question is. If i want to return it and then re-buy it for the sake of extending another 30 days.

Would It be like the original buy never happened?
Will it effect anything as far as my ability to re-buy the phone for the second time I buy it? am I stuck with it without a new 30 day policy?

in other words can i get away with this in order to extend for another 30 days?

You may get charged a whooping $35 restocking fee, if you don't fight it lol That's why I bought mine from Bestbuy (no restocking fee)

It says I may return it one time. So that's my answer I can't re purchase it for the sense of buying it again for an extra 30 days. I can however return and wait to see what happens and purchase at a later date. Sucks I don't want to return it but logo is riding us hard

I have customers try to do this, and you will probably get away with it the first time, but after that your account will get a big red note on it saying that any purchase in the future is final.

Ah, so maybe i will try to do it. I paid $200 at the the AT&T core store. So I guess i will return with stocking fee but buy at radio shack where its $150. But you said that the return takes time, so will I be paying full price until the return goes through?

If I want to re buy it lets say,-- the same day will it go through with the 2 year plan and will i be getting it for $150? . In other words will I have to wait for the return to kick in before I rebuy it or will i be able to leave the ATT store then go to Radio shack right after with no problem?

I'd like to know this as well..

My plan is to return it to AT&T where I bought it and re-buy it from costco.

More input please....
As long as you return it and don't exchange it. Once returned, you can buy elsewhere and it starts over but if you do an exchange it still goes from the initial sale

no you cannot. If you just return, theres like a 30% restocking fee and therefore it wouldn't be worth it. Even if you go to a different phone, the 30 day "buyers remorse" period doesn't get extended.

I tried to do the same thing with my captivate. I consider myself a very good scummer of ATT and I couldn't do it. But I did manage to get the Atrix for free just by talking a bit...

It would be worth it if I bought it at att store for 200 and then bought at radioshack for 150.

I agree with sdlopez, not only are you saving $20 but you are also given another 30 days to try it out.
