[Q] Cannot mount packup path

Hi everybody, i have JB installed on my device, today i have installed Philz safe Kernel. I couldnt install it through recovery it always faild to find/mount the sdcard directory. So i installed it through odin. After that i have tried to packup my device through the custome recovery but it gives me the message "cannot mount packup path". What is the problem, and how i can solve it. Thanks for your help.
