[Q] Can't add Google Account

Hello guys! So My problem is I can't add a google account. I click on Accounts -> Add acount -> Google ..then the windows with checking information appears for about 1 seconds then dissapears...there are no brackets to fill my username and password. What should I do ? My firmware number is VNS-L31C150B161 . I tried factory reset but nothing.. still can t add my google account.


What should I do ? Without Google play and rest of gapps this phone is useless..

What happens whey you just open "Google Play". It should ask you to put in your credentials right?

I updated to L31C432B130 and now in my version of software appears L31
C600B104 but still...gplay doesnt work.. i make a wipe..to see

One little question tough why i have this version L31C900B130 ? And how can i update to B161 ? just Dload method ?

I have the same problem. I have make a update from 121 to 161. After this i have open the Booloader, install twrp and make root. After this i can not create a Google Account. I have reinstall 161 but not help. What can i do? I have also make a factory reset but Play store not open or i can not create a Google Account..

Hello,

I have thé same problem, the only solution I found is to flash oeminfo and custom bin and reboot and wipe factory reset. You lose bootloader unlock, but for the moment no have other solution.
I test a lot of combination bit no one work to have bootloader unlock, twrp with root and Google account work.

If you found solution, tell me, i am very interested...

For me all works great but facebook starts then closes itself.. i will post a logcat

I had the smae problem. I first had a branded version of Telekom, unbranded it succesfully with the Toolkit and then updated to B160/161.
google playstore and gmail crashes everytime. Did try a factory reset, but no succes

My version is now VNS-L31C900B160 and it crashes.
I have another phone which was unbranded by default and there I got update via OTA to 160., it's a VNS-L31C432B160.
What do I have to do to get the other working again? (I'm new to Android, so please some kind of step by step guide)

Okay, thanks for the tip. I tried a bit around. I also enabled Dual Sim Mode, so the firmware was C34161, but Play Store and other google Account stuff things are still crashing.
And previously, before I tried Dual Sim mode, I had upgraded the firmware and locked it again, but no success either.

I really wonder why firmware works on my other unbranded phone correctly and and on the branded version not.
I will now try to get back to 130.
