Hi, hope someone can help. My sons phone is rooted, he wanted RR 7.1.2 installed, I attached an SD card using an OTG so i could make a backup, booted into twrp and started to make the backup. An error message came up showing it had failed. As i was unable to make a backup I removed the OTG and rebooted the phone, this is where my problem is... the phone boots up, shows the white box with 'Android is starting' 'starting apps' for a second then it disappears for about 10 seconds then shows it again, this continues over & over.
Any help would be really appreciated
PROBLEM SOLVED
I spent a lot of time on Google and found out how to fix the problem & eventually came across a post on XDA.
Thanks go to
sd_shadow & his post 'Using Mfastboot.exe to Unbrick a Motorola device'
Also i found this article which i found easier copying & pasting the commands from
www.ibtimes.co.uk/how-restore-motorola-moto-g-stock-firmware-1447290
Hope this helps anyone else that has this issue
