[Q] Can't install TWRP

I'm trying to install TWRP on a N7100, but it keeps failing trhough Odin as well as through the app. In te TWRP-app, the t03g download freezes at 0%. Odin chokes on the *.md5 through W8.1 as well as 7 (after installing fresh SS USB drivers). Please advise!

Try flashing the zip from your existing recovery. http://goo.im/devs/OpenRecovery/t03g

Yea, do as joy854 said. If that doesn't work, try a older version of TWRP or try CWM Touch

There was no recovery at all, but somehow, an older version of Odin did the trick.
