[Q] Can't root Sprint Note 3, says could not do normal boot

I just got a galaxy note 3 for sprint, and I'm trying to root with cf autoroot. I get it from this website http://download.chainfire.eu/362/CF-Root/CF-Auto-Root/CF-Auto-Root-hltespr-hltespr-smn900p.zip but it keeps saying could not do normal boot after flashing with odin. I've already tried it twice after flashing a stock rom to fix it... EDIT: got it working i had to turn off auto reboot and reboot it myself

Try this https://towelroot.com. or you would have odin flash twrp recovery. Reboot back into recovery and reboot back into system. It will ask you if you would like to install su before reboot. Say yes then swipe to reboot. Once rebooted open Su app and disable knox.
