[Q] Can't seem to get proper root on 4.3

Hey guys, so I just got a replacement phone from sprint and I rooted it but it's telling me "Unauthorized access to a secured area has been blocked" and if I try to open SuperSU it force closes immediately.

Any help is appreciated,

Knox is blocking supersu. Try removing Knox first before flashing supersu.
Please follow @goku2778 rooting method and give him props.
