[Q] Captivate stuck when connect/disconnect charger

Hello,
I have a strange problem with the device, when I plug it to the charger when the screen is turned on / off is get stuck..
But when I leave the captivate screen turn off and disconnect the charger nothing weird happend.
But if the screen is turned on it will getting stuck.
Only removing the battery solves the problem.

But it does not happen only when the device is turn on,
even in the startup if I plug the charger is getting stuck in the middle of the
startup screen and stays that way, And again only removing the battery solves..

What android version do you have? what kernel do you have? what is your baseband? do you have an sd?

I use CM10.1 Stable ROM - doesn't change anything,
and I have 4GB SDCard, unknown company.

bad usb cable, dirty usb connector, broken usb connector, or bad battery? weak/dirty battery contacts? the screen on/off diff could be due to higher current with screen on, stressing a weak connection.

An update, this is happens when i use android 4+ version.
I downgrade to 2.3.7, the latest official version and this is not happening. Try again all ics, jb, kk and even lp in all of them i have this problem.
What could cause this?

Seems odd that the android version would be the issue. I say that because I have used CM9 (ICS -- 4.0), CM10.1 (JB -- 4.2.x), CM10.2 (JB -- 4.3.x), and GamerzRom 4.0 (JB -- 4.2.x) without any similar issues.
