[Q] Carrier Name mod Bell 2.3.4

Anyone figured out how to change the carrier name for Bell Atrix on 2.3.4? I can only find the No Carrier Name mod for the AT&T version.

I tried the Carrier Name app, it does not work at all, it can't even detect the actual carrier name properly.

I tried changing the value spn-conf.xml, that does not do anything at all
