I searched the net and quite here at XDA and have not found a satisfactory answer.

I would change the blue color of the Touchwiz menus, settings, dialer, etc.

Is there any way? Thank U ...

Probably not...That is why people are installing third party launchers because TouchWiz is very very limited in its customization.
