[Q] Change order of notifications pull down.

Is it possible to change the order of the notification pull down? It always seems like the ongoing ones are less important than the other ones so i would like to interchange the order.

It requires editing of the services.jar. if you know how to use apktool and how Android uses XML you can edit the status_bar_expanded.XML within it
