[Q] change paranoid settings

any one know how i can change the settings in paranoid rom i mean changing it from " tablet UI " to stock UI ..?

cause i find it not useful , i want the stock settings UI and the customized app UI

Set settings app dpi to 240. Apply settings and then again do d same thing..i.e apply is twice
