[Q] changing phone.apk theme/layout

is there any way to change the phone.apk ui ??
to look like the Crysis's SensatioN Theme for sgs or similar, i have cm 7.0.3 and i hate the on call screen .

Thats gonna be alot of png / xml editing,Sorry im no themer its just my opinion
