[Q] Changing the animations and transitions in CM 10.1(4.2.2)

Hi together. I don't know if this is the right section...
My question is:Is it possible to change the transitions and animations of cyanogenmod 4.2.2(rootbox). For example with tools like framework-tools 3.0 or by manually changing the framework. And when yes, how does it work ?
