Changing the motherboard can fix a Moto G hard bricked?

Yes. motherboard makes hardbrick so if you change it moto will work, question is like:
my engine broken, if i replace engine car will work?

What else can do hardbrick in smartphone? ROM or motherboard, if you can't vhange rom and moto not power up- it is motherboard and only changeing it you can revive moto
