Cheapest place to buy via upgrade for Sprint???

I'm looking at Costco and it's currently $199.99 with $25 MIR (Free activation+shipping). The thing I have to consider is that I'm going to be using another phone line to upgrade, then putting it on my line. At some places (Letstalk.com, Amazon.com) they charge a separate ETF if that happens. So far, Bestbuy, Radioshack, and Costco are the only ones that'll allow me to do that with an upgrade ETF free.

Wirefly Friends and Family as far as I can tell. $149.99 with free shipping and $10 google wallet credit. I don't plan on an ETF.

I think wire fly charges an etf if u switch lines in the first 6 months.
