How do i check to make sure i installed tropy's kernel right? Is there a way to see it installed? I used cwm and flashed the zip..said it was successful. My About Phone settings says i am 2.6.35.7!??!

I was using the craptivate and had bluedipity mod installed...really liked it...is there a similar mod for the i777?

About Phone won't tell you enough information to differentiate between kernels. Install CPUSpy, free from the market, and you can see kernel information, including date of last compile. Entropy's kernels have [email protected], so if you see that plus the date of the release, then you're gtg.

For themes, did you look in the Themes and Apps forum? Pretty much everything available is there.

About Phone will only tell you whether you're running a .14 base (SiyahKernel, or my Experimental series) or a .7 base (my non-Experimental series, codeworkx's reference CWM kernel, stock kernels).

As creepy said - use cpuspy.

OK Entropy...The cpuspy says i am using "2.6.35.7-00035-g71c05e5([email protected])(gcc version 4.4.1(sourcey g++ lite 2009q3-68)) #8smp preempt thu dec 1 18:15:02 est 2011"

I'm guessing that's not your latest kernel ?

What about he yellow triangle and counter, buy a jig?

Looks like a 12/1 release. The 12/8 release should have a build date of 12/6 or later (build date can be up to a few days earlier than the release, but never before the previous release.)

Resetting counter requires jig. Yellow triangle can be removed by flashing a stock kernel using Odin, then using another flash method to return to a custom one. see creepy's guide stickied in General
