[Q] [CM 10.1] Music starts after calls with hearphones connected

I've just noticed this problem: if I have the hearphones connected, after a call or any notification, Apollo starts reproducing an MP3.

Does that happen also to you? Is there a solution?
I tried to search but I couldn't find anything.

It's a bug with the new kernel, which is a work in progress, so bugs are to be expected.

Having the hearphones plugged, the phone automatically answers to the calls at the 1st ring.
Is that also a bug or is there any setting? I coulnd't find it.
