Hi, I just installed CM 11 (20131211), I had some trouble installing it through TWRP and CWM, but after I updated to CWM v6.0.4.5 i was able to install the update. I also was successfully able to install the 4.4 gaps. The only problem I have now is that I can not "ADB sideload" I have the ability to use "adb reboot bootloader" when the pone is in 4.4 and it does bring me to my bootloader. I was originally able to sideload files, in an old version of TWRP, but not anymore. Am I missing any new drivers because of 4.4 or is it because of the new version of CWM? Thanks.

Edit:
The error i'm getting while in CMD and trying to ADB sidelaod is:
"Device not found"

Another Edit:
I was able to get ADB sideload working, but only with the current non moded version of TWRP, so im assuming its something to do with the newer versions of TWRP and CWM.
I was also not able to downgrade from 4.4.1 or 4.4.2 to Jelly bean while in the new versions of TWRP and CWM

Another another edit:
the last update (cm 11 build for the 12th) disabled my buttons (except the home button), and seemed to cause lag/performance issues. I flashed the old TWRP back and then flashed the last CM 10.2 nightly back. Ill just wait till kit kat gets a bit more stable.

There's a new bootloader for 4.4 I've seen floating around, and freegee now has the current twrp (best imo) that will flash 4.4/cm11 roms. 4.4 is pretty stable, I'm currently running beanstalk, and have had limited issues. PSX is seriously legit as well.

Thanks, didn't know freegee could do that, anyway It does work for 4.4.2 but I still cant access my phone when in twrp, my computer still does not recognize the phone. Have you been able to adb sideload? Am I missing any drivers ( I already tried re installing them) Also, I am able to access my computer through ADB commands when the phone is booted into 4.4.2........
