You listed the most update for your phone. But dont install unless you dont want root.

The difference is one has 4.4.2 nc4 and the other is nj6 4.4.4 the one with 4.4.4 will not root or be able to. The other can on 4.4.2 4.4 4 fixes bugs battery drain a lot of other issues even claims to boost signal and performance. If you have no desire to root update to 4.4.4 but since you have 2 devices I would keep one 4.4.4 and one 4.4.2 just for kicks. Hope this helps.
