[Q] Constant sync icon since OTA update

Hi Guys

Has anyone had this issue since the update where the sync icon permanently shows.

I have disabled every sync in accounts and then rebooted and i still get the same thing...... arggghh

Strangely, my flyer is now doing the same thing, does anyone have any ideas???

instead of rebooting hit the power button and restart that will shut down every app to its normal state

ok try turning off data then restart the phone see if that works with no data it cant sync

This is being discussed in another thread.

1.Disable automatic syncing.
2.Sync manually once. Then re-enable syncing.

Still doing it? disable the syncing of 'watch' in accounts and sync.

This should cure it and credit to the posters in the other thread for this fix

This did not seem to work for me. When you say manual sync do you mean go into each listed item and hit the sync now button?

Watch is and never was auto sync in my handset.

Any help would be great or the pointer to the other thread!

I had this issue and uninstalled linked in for sense and it disappeared

Well had a play and it seems if I stop the auto sync, cancel the existing sync and turn auto sync back on it works fine.

I can only think on startup there is an issue with one of them, not got the time to work out which at this point, could be linkedin for HTC as I do use that. Will try it fist and let you know.
