[Q] CONTACTS not working after deleting sys apps

wenever i open CONTACTS an error appears ''process com.motorola.contacs' has stopped unxpctedly ''

after rooting my atrix, i did delete some system apps bt i dont remembr i deleted anythng related to contacts...



any idea wot da cause might b ??? n how to rectify it ??

Did you happen to have deleted something related to... say, yahoo?

I think your best bet is restoring a fruitcake, or at least the files from it that you deleted. Then try again, but this time freeze them instead (using TiBu).

Yup I did the same thing when I first rooted my atrix. Deleting yahoo authenticator was my culprit. Had to sbf back to stock then reroot again and lesson learned.

Go here and get the removed apps zip and follow the instructions inside. You probably just need to replace "blur_yahoo.apk". If that doesn't work install the fruit cake from the second post.
