[Q] CyanogenMod 10 keeps getting stuck in a bootloop

I tried to flash CM10 on my gs2, forgot to do a complete wipe. For some reason, i cant get into CMW to do a complete wipe. What do I do?

Hold power till phone is off. Now hold power and both volume buttons forever
