My Dad has purchased a new phone, and gave me his Defy Plus Special edition JCB to sell on.
I did a factory reset to wipe all his personal data from it, but this has now deleted the special JCB app! After doing some googling, it appears that happens (wish i'd read beforehand!) but how can i get the JCB app back onto the phone?
No updates/back ups were done by my Dad.
I can take a pic of the phone and box to prove i definitely have the phone
