[Q] deleted gtalk apps and its services. please help

hi guys, need some help here. i have accidentally deleted gtalk and all its services related to it accidentally, now my milestone xt wont download apps from the market. even worst, i got so worried and tried to restore my phone back to factory default. now i have a huge problem. my phone now is unrooted and i cannot even push an application to restore back all the applications installed on my phone. can anyone please help me on this? i really appreciate it. thanks

Push apps from pc is possible with android SDK.

IF you become a little profficient on hacking your phone, you can also get all GApps on http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/index.php?title=Latest_Version, but you'll need a Open Recovery (GOT's, Androidiani, etc.) to apply the update.
