I have a Dell Streak 7 from T-Mobile (although I do not use any of the T-Mobile functions... in other words I am using it as a WiFi tablet).
Statistics:
Android Version: 2.2.2
Baseband version: 11.810.09.06.00
Kernel version: 2.6.32.9
OEM Version: GLUNB1A133633
Build number: 15420

Running superuser 3.0.7
ROM Manager v5.5.1.7 by ClockworkMod installed
ClockworkMod Recovery 3.0.2.0 flashed

I cannot seem to flash any custom ROMs.
This is what is displayed in CWM:

ClockworkMod Recovery v3.0.2.0

-- Installing: /sdcard/CM10.1_Beta2_Win.zip
Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Installing update...
Installation aborted.

Why won't this work? If I am doing something wrong, can you give me detailed instructions on how to do it correctly?
Thanks!

Cause you are doing it wrong... ;)

hese are NVFLASH packs, please place your device in that mode before flashing. Make sure you have the drivers installed.

When you are done watching those videos and do what they say. unzip that file onto your computer and run "Install JB_Alpha_E.bat"

When I boot into nvflash mode, is a screen supposed to pop up? My computer doesn't try to install any drivers and the link in the video no longer works so I cannot get the drivers. Where would I find them?

I hid them....inside the zip file ;) look for usbpcdriver folder inside the zip

No screen will pop up, did you see anything like that in the video ;)

Press and hold both volume buttons when the device is off, plug into the computer, go to Device Manager, find the entry "APX" install the drivers.
Open up folder where you unziped, run the batch file i said previously :)
