[q] dhd cant install ruu or pd98.img help!

I dont know if this was shipped like this but i need to fix or at least sort it out for warranty repair the phone is only 6 months old dont know if i have the right version ?

im stuck on fastboot i cant run ruu when i do it gets to waiting for bootloader and times out also installing pd98.img when i start update nothing installs just says Fail-PU and gets stuck on RADIO_V2

You don't have S-off so you can't flash a new radio
