I am wanting to unlock the bootloader to downgrade. I'm stuck on the boot screen and I can't turn the programmer menu option

If you have twrp, flash a rom.zip

If you haven't, you'll have to spend your phone for repair.

Edit - though try and wipe data and cache first.

I have nothing. I have bootloader locked.
