[Q] disabled 611 on screen setting

I want to dial 611 but when I do it just brings up a screen for me to have the option for self serve option. This is very annoying to me. I want it gone. I tried to Google it and it told me how to do it but it was a Verizon note 3 using the Verizon app, I have sprint and it's clearly not set up the same.. Please help.
