I'm wondering if OTG cable works on android 4.3 or 4.4.2? anyone tested or something?
i dont want to use custom roms or something...

afaik otg works on several kernels here for example f4k kernel for aosp.

BUT, it only works afaik if the device has usb power itself cause the phone doesn't provide OTG power

Well, if you get the 'cheaper' S4 i950x it would have proper USB OTG support.
