I guess its part of the factory mode. I'm not sure,but i think its a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, not rooted.
How to remove it?

Its a mobile of a friend of mine. He thinks its a S3 Mini.

Probably a S3 mini, i9300 was the code for S3. Remember from my days when I owned it. Gluck.

This IS factory mode..a simple search should give you eveything you need to get that off....also, chances are you have a corrupted efs...hope you have an efs backup from before this happened

How could the efs get damaged without rooting, flashing or doing anything other stuff?

He told me the police took his phone and typed in some code.. Could this be possible?
