[Q] Does profile include 4G Key?

So if I am running stock and I update my profile using the update profile option under settings, does that also restore a lost 4G key?

The reason why i ask is if I decide to run a different rom and lose the 4G key because I lose the backup of it, can restoring to stock and updating the profile restore the key? Or would I be required to go back to sprint to get the key?

Also just curious to know whats actually in the profile when you go to update it. I know whats in teh PRL but not in the profile.

Nope, nothing restores the key if you haven't backed it up.

The profile basically is various settings related to connecting to Sprint's data services. But it doesn't include the 4G key.
