I've just got a replacement C6503 after my first didn't arrive sealed, and I thought it'd been switched on at least once before I had it..

..but I have to say, the battery life on that was pretty good. The estimated standby was two days, when battery was at 100%. I got just over two days actual usage out of it.

The replacement one, however, only says 22 hours estimated standby when fully charged. On the first use, I got just over a day from it - same settings as the other one. Is this estimate reliable going forward, or does it change after the first few charges and increase?

Because if it's going to stay that way and doesn't get better over time, I might just keep the original C6503 and send the replacement back!

Thanks!

I'm not talking about the 4.2.2 upgrade guys, I'm talking about the estimated battery life that the power management screen gives you, compared to real life performance and how it changes after the first couple of charges/uses.

The estimated time is always wrong.... It should be a self-learning system, but in ny case it didn't learn anything. Everytime I charge it shows about 4 days left, although my batery always lasts just 1 to 2 days.
On 4.1 it was more precise than now on 4.2.2.
