compared to your old Note 2?
Mine does and I'm not sure if it is since I rooted and flashed safestrap and KK, or if it was actually like this on 4.3 becuase I rooted almost directly out of the box...
Specifically games (graphics) seem slow...frame rates in some I know are 5-10 times slower visually, like comparing pouring same amount of water and molasses out of the same size glass into another. Antutu however, scores insanely high- 35k plus...
