Not sure exactly from what I can gather it's the facebook like/comments in gallery

OTA update possible ?

hi,
i have a ST15I with FW 4.0.A.2.368. i have successfully unlocked my ST15i with the S1tool/testpoint method. then had flashed the insecure kernel from DoomLord, rooted with SuperOneklick_1.7, everything is fine.

SE_Update shows me that FW A 4.0.A.2.377 is availible, and i want to update without data loss. even if .377 is not the big step, in a few days the update 2.3.4 comes out and the problem is teh same...


can i update with OTA without loosing my data, apps etc ?
or what do have to do to make OTA work again?

I don't think the images just the like function although i'm not totally sure as I own setool so wouldn't have a phone without DRM key so i'm only going off other people's comments.

My phone is unlocked from s/e homepage and that i can see is all facebook funktions works on my phone

Well I don't know then se themselves have noticed the bug, so as I unlocked the bootloader myself with a box I can't say for sure only what I read

I try to know if s1tool/test point works with an Orange branded phone bootloader (sk17i). And finally i f not, as soon as my phone will be unsimlocked, will i be able to root it.?

s1tool will not sim-unlock/bootloader unlock sk17i
If your phone is unlocked with setool/omnius then yes you will be able to root after

No I mean s1tool will not unlock your phone or bootloader (as far as i'm aware)

Currently there are 2 methods to unlock your bootloader, via setool box and omnius.

There is a couple people offering this service including me and we will also sim unlock.

If you unlock by imei code you will not get an unlocked bootloader

I already saw your service but i m not very warm with paying for this.
