Hi, if i buy a Droid Turbo from Verizon at full cost, will I be able to use it in Central America with a 850 HSDPA band and get good speeds on 3G (1 to 2 mbps)? Or does it just use Edge outside of Verizon?
The turbo covers hsdpa 850 so it should work fine on 3g. You'd just need to add the correct apnHi, if i buy a Droid Turbo from Verizon at full cost, will I be able to use it in Central America with a 850 HSDPA band and get good speeds on 3G (1 to 2 mbps)? Why not buy the mexican version who is already unlocked and with the correct bands?.Hi, if i buy a Droid Turbo from Verizon at full cost, will I be able to use it in Central America with a 850 HSDPA band and get good speeds on 3G (1 to 2 mbps)? Or does it just use Edge outside of Verizon?
Because I don't know when the Mexican version (Moto Maxx) is coming out and probably the price is going to be around $800, that's the price in Brazil while the Verizon version is going to be rough $650Why not buy the mexican version who is already unlocked and with the correct bands?.

Brazil and Mexico are really different countries, so also the prices are. The Moto Maxx start to sell on Nov 13, and it will cost the same as the Verizon version. The only version that Motorola would be selling here is the Ballistic Nylon version with 64GB. All the information was from the yesterday's announcement, so I guess it's a better option.Because I don't know when the Mexican version (Moto Maxx) is coming out and probably the price is going to be around $800, that's the price in Brazil while the Verizon version is going to be rough $650

I know for sure that people would be selling them in eBay or a page called "Mercado Libre", that is kind of the mexican eBay. In Mercado Libre they already sell all the newest phones at very reasonable prices; you can always ask to some vendor if he is willing to make international shipping, because some vendors do it and some don't.You're right and it looks like a great device but how can I get it shipped to the US or in my country, Costa Rica?
Actually in Costa Rica we also have Mercadolibre, but here the phones are about $300 to $400 more, with eBay the problem is that the prices of new phones are almost $200 more because its hard to get, I'll definitely look in the mexican mercadolibre but I need around the same cost as the phone, you think that Motorola Mexico would do international shipping?I know for sure that people would be selling them in eBay or a page called "Mercado Libre", that is kind of the mexican eBay. The page in Motorola Mexico doesn't allow to do international shipping, because the address it get is from the CP you enter in the form, I tried with couple of CP from USA and the form was showing cities from Mexico, so I guess the buy is not possible directly from Motorola page.Actually in Costa Rica we also have Mercadolibre, but here the phones are about $300 to $400 more, with eBay the problem is that the prices of new phones are almost $200 more because its hard to get, I'll definitely look in the mexican mercadolibre but I need around the same cost as the phone, you think that Motorola Mexico would do international shipping?
Is there any information on which are the Latin American countries that will get the phone?
