Hi

I have account on XDA for about 4 years, but I'm kind of new here (because it's my first post :>), so Hello everybody.

I'm willing to buy this fancy lumia 800 and while browsing the web and searching some informations about it I noticed an article about Nokia and EA deal.
So my question is if anybody knows if these free games are released by now or when are they going to release these games?
It is not the must to have this phone, but I'm just curious about it?

Sorry for my bad Englisch and things, but it's not my native :].
Best regards for you.

PS: I have played with Lumia in lokal store and audio quality with my bose IE was enough good for me.

As far as I know, there were no 'free' games announce. They simply announced that a number of EA games would be exclusively available to Nokia customers first, and that's about it. I assume that means they will continue to cost something, but that only Nokia customers will have access to them for some time.

Although if they are free that would be awesome.

As for dates, nothing was ever announced, but people anticipate sometime in 2012. I assume that they would probably be announced to release alongside one of Nokia's phone launches sometime this year. Maybe we'll hear more at MWC.

I found some news with quotation from EA, and it says that games will be for free.
As example:
Uh, I'm not able to post links...

But I don't think that these games are going to be exclusive only to the nokia phones.
Maybe they are going to sell them in marketplace and only nokia users will have it without paying and with some extras. That's the way I interpret what they said.

Here you have this quotation from EA:
[W]e’ll be designing our games for an awe-inspiring experience on Windows Phone for Nokia. That’s the best games for free plus exclusive content for Nokia users. It’s a big win for Nokia’s consumers worldwide”
