[Q] Enable custom bootanimations , Framework mods?

i am trying to build a rom from stock .587 ftf file.. and i want to know ...
1. how to enable custom bootanimations(is it needed or do i just replace the file in system/media)?

2.I want to add framework mods like volume skip track etc , cybershot camera etc .. but since its stock rom , its odexed .. do i need to de odex to add framework mods or can i do it on an odexed rom?

1- replace the bootamimation.zip in system/media

2-yes u have to deodex to mod all framework mods

@1st : Yes,you can just replace a new bootanimation

@2nd : I am not sure.

how to de odex all .apk files using apktool?

if i use kitchen (dxdsia' kitchen) to make the final rom file ... can i flash it using cwm recovery or should flash it through fastboot temporary recovery ??
