[Q] Enable Partition Swap

Anyone knows how to i enable the swap partition on my galaxy mini?
I have partitioned my sd card to ext 3 and linux swap and changed 256 MB to swap in CWM
But when i put in terminal:

 free

Show memory stats but in Swap Stats Show:

 Total Used Free 
 0     0    0

So please anyone help me to enable the swap partition.
I'm using Cm7.2 Official RC2.

Use swapper it doesn't need even swap partion it will use your fat32 or ext partion....

Use this method to delete any partition or creating,, this is safer then CWM...
