[Q] Enhanced LTE issues since M flash

So i flashed M on the day it came out. At that time i verified Enhanced LTE worked by making a call and not dropping LTE. Later i flashed back to Lollipop and didnt really test anything. Today i noticed Enhanced LTE was broken. I flashed a bunch of roms including stock to test. I could not get it working. Flashed M again and Boom its working. Flashed back to Lollipop stock. Broken.
Ideas?

So i flashed the verizon factory image including bootloader and radio. The second it booted i did a factory reset for good measure.
And boom Enhanced LTE worked right off the bat.
Not sure why the heck i could get it before doing that.

Did you downgrade the radios when you went back to stock or other lollipop based rom? Could be the issue.

reflash your 5.1 radio. the radio for m isnt very good to use on pre-m

I did not do that until I flashed stock. However I have tried 3 or 4 rooms and still don't get it except on euphoria. It's weird but they have some secret sauce.

try this fix I used to get Advanced services when on M (opposite problem you seem to be having):
Just go into your dialer type *#*#4636#*#* and enable VoLTE flag and then turn on Airplane mode and turn it back on and the setting should be back.

When my VoLTE doesnt work i always have the toggle in settings. It just doesnt function. Drop LTE during phone call for example. Every time i have ever peaked in 4636 its on in there.
After talking to a few people they pretty much have said its broken on most custom roms, or at best you have to toggle the setting every reboot. Everyone has always agreed that Euphoria has it working though. The toggle trick used to work for me however i haven't got it to work in the last few weeks.
