[Q] error 80320011 lumia 800

hello everybody,

i recieved my lumia 800 , and there are many problems.. first, i'm not able to connecte it to marketplace, becuse its asking me to install the refresh marketplace update, and when i do it, it put an error code 80320011...

secondly, i cant connect my phone to my pc, the driver is not installed, and zune doesnt detect the phone...

somebody know this problem ?
