[Q] Error message when doing factory reset

I bought a used xoom on ebay when trying to do a factory reset I get the error message which I supplied a picture I believe my xoom is rooted which I have no idea what that means. Would like to get my xoom unrooted and return to stock, but I don't know how and I need to get passed this error message first any help would greatly be appreciated

Do you know the model number, or if it has 3G capability?

It is wifi only. I don't know model number because I went a head and sent it to Motorola to get serviced. I will let you know if they fix it
